Back in ASASIpintar, I had a strong desire to join the Bureau of Academic Affairs. I knew it was something I was passionate about, but I ended up backing down because I realized how competitive it was. Looking back, it has been my greatest regret, as I didn’t stick to what I love to do. That experience has motivated me to step up this time around, even in a highly competitive community like the Faculty of Medicine. 💊

Over time, I’ve had the opportunity to develop my leadership, communication, and administrative skills through various roles, including managing logistics and organizing events. These experiences have taught me how to be adaptable and how to lead effectively—skills I believe are crucial for this position.
