<title>We would like to understand the SROI including mental wellbeing that our activities are having on our users whom we refer to as beneficiaries. They are all from the local area and we have a 73% BAME engagement, predominantly Bengali and Somali where many have English as an additional language. This makes what we do difficult to evaluate when it comes to our social prescriptions that we provide alongside our weekly food parcels which are mostly sourced from food surplus by our 50 local volunteers. We monitor each social prescription and we know the demographic of our beneficiaries; who are they, what their financial situation is and how the pandemic has affected them. We believe that we are trend setting with the grassroots approach that we have; where our beneficiaries feel comfortable to ask us for all different kinds of support from referrals around domestic violence, care navigation, employability, debt advice, etc. In a very informal way; not even a designated user drop-in setting. Update: We also now redistribute surplus to 10 other local VCS partners: 8 hostels,1 after-school club and 1 church group. If possible we&#39;d like to understand the impact this is having on them. We&#39;d also like to understand the impact our service is having on our 50 local volunteers, if possible. For added info: We now know that 45% of the way we operate is &#39;carbon avoided&#39; for the collections and deliveries of surplus food by using a mixture of car, hand carts and bicycle trailers. We redistribute 12-13 tonnes of surplus food every quarter. </title>
