I have my students do a Google Classroom Reading Response once a week but they should be reading for at least 20 minutes nightly.
My 4th graders do have trimester AR goals but their goals are based off of their reading levels (collected from Renaissance Learning program).
Math homework is assigned but I assign the problems that mirror what is done on the problem set in class. Most of the time, students are able to get started on math homework in class. I will also be assigning multiplication math facts on a daily basis next year due to the numerous amount of students this year who still do not know their math facts!

My students do a nightly reading log until they reach 100 AR points for the year. I also require a certain number of AR points per trimester, based on the child's STAR reading level. I do give nightly math homework (usually selected problems from the Eureka homework, that match the ones we did in the problem set).

My students are required to read 20 minutes per night, no log. They have a monthly AR test. I do not do points. Nightly math homework and completion of any unfinished classwork. Homework is structured to be no more than an hour. Study skills are explicitly taught at the beginning of the year and supports are provided.

Similar to what most others have stated. 20 minutes of reading (Monthly Reading Log) though after earning 100 AR points kids may opt out of the log. Finish any math homework that is always started in class (Usually around 15 min. given.). On occasion there is a smattering of S.S. or Science to finish up.

My students do not have a reading log, however, they have an AR book/book report due about every 5/6 weeks. I do not keep track of AR points.
I teach about one lesson a day in math, but at times we need to extend to a second day or on smaller lessons we double up. At least 50% of math homework is done in class, the rest goes home to be finished.
