This article discusses how your mortgage rates will adjust due to the economy and exactly how they adjust. An example would be: Stock market is doing well-Bond prices decrease-Bond yields increase-Fixed rates increase. I enjoyed this article because it really simplifies how the economy has such a large impact on our daily lives, and the biggest of our lives which is our homes. It is a really easy topic to follow if you don't have knowledge on the situation.

This is a really interesting topic because it shows the many factors that affect mortgage rates. This article looks at factors such as; Inflation, Economic Growth, Monetary Police, 10 Year Treasury Yield, and the Housing Market. Obviously, some factors have a bigger weight to how mortgage rates react to change, but this article really helps you understand factors in mortgage rates. This is a very interesting video going over some key factors to mortgage rates and how they affect mortgage rates. It points out about key factors like Government bonds and capital markets and how they affect fixed mortgage rates. It really is amazing how many factors there are when banks are determining mortgage rates. This is a really good video about what causes mortgage rates to change. This lady appears to be a banker or financial advisor and she offers so good advice. This video is similar to the first video I posted because like the first video it goes over the many factors that are accounted for when adjusting mortgage rates. This video is done by the same lady as the previous video, which tells me that she is very experienced when it comes to mortgage rates and inflation. This is my favourite out of all of my videos, photos, and websites because of the depth of the website. This article points out some very important factors, including a big one that a lot of people forget about- the US economy. A key point they point out is in 2008 when the housing market crashed in the US our rates were 5.35%, just 9 months later they were 3.75%.
