 Huey P. Newton-  He was a african american activist. He met Bobby at Merritt college and that is where they began to share political belifes and the Black Panther was born in 1966.

Eldridge Cleaver- He was a black activist and he wrote Soul on Ice. He was a big black power advocate. 

Malcolm X- Renaimed him self X due to his loss of African heritage. He became a black muslim.
