I want to know what other people think. Because I can give my opinion about public transportation but it is not the same because I don't use it often. I want to interview people who actually uses it everyday so I can hear what they think and how they would improve it.

Miami Public Transportation System

Current State: Miami-Dade County's public transportation system includes buses, Metrorail, Metromover, and the Tri-Rail commuter train. The Metrorail serves as a backbone, connecting various neighborhoods, downtown Miami, and the Miami International Airport. The Metromover provides a free, automated people mover system in downtown Miami. Buses cover extensive routes throughout the county, connecting residential areas and employment centers.

2- Frequency and Punctuality: Ensuring frequent and punctual services is crucial for attracting more riders. Improvements in scheduling, maintenance, and operational efficiency are needed to make public transportation a more reliable option for daily commuters.

3- Infrastructure Investments: Investing in infrastructure upgrades, such as expanding rail lines or introducing Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) lanes, can enhance the capacity and coverage of the public transportation system, providing more accessible options for residents and visitors.
