There are a couple ways to look at this puzzle. I solved this puzzle by looking at each column going up and down. In the first column there is one box shaded in each picture. The shaded box rotates like a clock and moves one space further each time. In the middle column, there are two boxes shaded. The shaded area also rotates clockwise and moves one space further each time. So, if we use that pattern, the last column has 3 boxes shaded in each picture and it should also rotate one space further each time.
