A fox who was thirsty drank from an old woman’s pail of milk the woman was furious and cut of his tail the fox begged for his tail back however the old lady refused and said only if the fox could give back the milk only then she will return his tail. So, the fox asked for help but everyone wanted something in return finally and old man showed him kindness and gave him grain so he could eventually get milk from trading, the fox got the milk and as promised the old lay sowed his tail back on. Teachers can use this story to teach students to make judgments about right and wrong and how bad behavior is punished while good behavior is rewarded.

Cinderella, or the Little Glass Slipper- By Marcia Brown

A man remarried to woman who had two daughters he also had a daughter of his own from previous marriage Cinderella. Cinderella was far kinder and prettier than her stepsisters this infuriated the stepmother so in turn they turned Cinderella into a maid in her own home. One day the Royal family hosted a ball for all the maiden in the land however Cinderellas step sister told Cinderella she could not go she later cried after seeing her stepsister off out of nowhere her godmother appeared and helped her go to the ball where she charmed the prince she later lost her slipper as she was leaving the palace the prince ordered to find Cinderella. When she was found she forgave her sisters for mistreating her and gave her stepsisters a place in her court after marrying the prince.Teachers can use this story to teach about judgment and how good behavior is rewarded and kindness is a good thing to practice.

The owl Moon fallows a young girl and her father going owling in the woods at night as the night goes on the narrator describes the rules or steps of owling when they do find an owl they stare at it and then leave to go back home the narrator then reveals the last rule of owling which is to have hope when owling. Teachers can use this book to promote curiosity about the world while also while also showing warmth and security in family relationships.

The funny little woman was making rice dumpling when suddenly her dumpling rolled of the table into a whole the woman then decide to fallow it she passes by statues of gods they warn her not to fallow the dumpling because she would for sure see Oni’s, The woman’s laughs gave her away and the oni took her to his town to cook rice for all the oni’s the funny little woman did manage to escape and go back home to open up a rice dumpling shop. Teachers can use this book to promote the use of children's imagination and the development of humor

A mouse is walking around hiding from predators when suddenly he is lifter up by his tail by no other than a lion. The mouse then gets angry and jumps away from the lion and makes its way home to its children. The Lion then wandering about sets off a trap and is stuck the lion was furious and couldn’t get out when the mouse from earlier reappears and helps the lion escape the trap. They both end up becoming friends.Teachers can use this book for it's active illustrations, children can interact with the book by pointing out the animals in the story.
