We found it to be an easy system, however, it would be good for us to sit down and further discuss the students referred. Also, observations within the class were not evident previously.

There is a need for counselling involvement as there are behavioral issues in some classes that are bordering on a safety issue.

Dealt with in class and very little issues in terms of behaviour. Support and follow up over last two years was minimum. However, referral system easy enough to use.
