"Imagine the retro mix-n-match tapes what we love jamming with! We collect various parts of different songs we love listening to and mix them up in such a way that when played, they sound amazing because they go so well with each other and it creates a level up music that sounds perfect! RDT is an exact system of mix-n-match tapes but only with genes and proteins present deep inside our cells. The music you created is the recombinant DNA we creat by matching and mixing parts of the gene which we need or want to work with and the tape in which the music is put is the vector system we use to carry our recombinant DNA. So, the music player you choose varies similar to the organisms on which we carry out our experiments! Isn't it interesting to make and hear the music that you have created with the songs of your choice? Similarly RDT is also fascinating and adventurous to work with the genes and organisms of your choice, but keep one thing in mind my friend, in all interests of life, sometimes few ground rules are not that bad to follow. 😁"

Hey dude! So there is a bit of a problem that you don't know how to solve or from where to start ?
Well don't worry, first of all, come up with a question. You can't find the answer until you know the question in the first place!
Next you need to observe and collect information about your topic in order to come up with some guess to the answer. This is a called a hypothesis 😃
Now you you should plan a small experiment to see if your guess is right. Yes that's right, you can change your guess, or hypothesis, to fit your results. It's smart to change one thing, or variable, at a time. This way you can check your results and know what you changed that modified the answer.
Finally, when you finish with your trials, present your final answer you came up with. Congratulations, you have your conclusion for your problem all by yourself 😉
This criteria is called the Scientific Methodology, the key of science and reasoning!

“Imagine that in the world exists a candy that makes you stronger than anyone, but it is very bitter and….who likes a bitter candy?! So someone out there found a way to take this candy, grind it, mix it with all sorts of potions and tadaaa, he made a sweet and fruity juice with the same properties! This is called “compounding” and it happened for the first time thanks to Galenus, the “father of compounding”. This is a specific activity for the pharmacists, who rationally mix substances in such a way to make them more acceptable and individualized for pacients. Galenus put the foundation for it many years ago and some of his formulations and principles are still used in our times.”

Trying to solve a puzzle consisting of a large number of pieces and not knowing how the appropriate way to do that and where is the right place for every piece?
Okay, if you love programming you will solve it very quickly :)
By computing, you enter the main information (data) about that puzzle and do some coding, then, the computer can tell you immediately how to solve this puzzle step by step, where is the right place for every single piece and if you did any mistake it will tell you immediately in different words, analyzing data.
An example of using the computer in science, just imagine that our genome is the puzzle, those large numbers of pieces are nucleotides and we can say that some types of mutations are the mistakes and the way to solve the puzzle is like the biological process happening in our cells.
