         <description><![CDATA[<div>In programming language you can't tell the computer in any way to do something you can't type something like&nbsp;hey computer print "these words" in c++ it would be cout &lt;&lt; "these words"; this is so everything can be more compacted all the things you can do are commands like cout or while loops because the computer itself is only programmed to understand that.</div>]]></description>
