All the cups at this event will be recycled plastic so once you have used your cup you must return your cup to a specific bin where they will be collected at the end of the day and they will be sent away and recycled.

Travel

Their will be a shuttle bus to pick up all guests to and from the event to cut down on emissions and to help people who are not able to get travel or if people are intoxicated to stop people from drunk driving. By doing this it ends up being really efficient as all guests arrive at the same time so we as the planners know what to do.

Water waste

The toilets have taps that come back up after they've been pressed down to reduce water wastage because if someone presses a tap down and leaves it on it wastes a lot of water. Also we will use refillable water bottles. At the end of the event all the leftover water in cups or leftovers from the bar will be used to water plants to give the water a second use.

Invites

All invites for this event will be done via digital copies (mainly email). This is due to cutting down on single use paper and to stop deforestation. Plus it will help us out as we don't have to pay for paper copies of invites which will only be used once.

Food

All food will be chartered towards everyone so there will be: gluten free options, vegan and vegetarian options and more they will all be clearly labelled to make sure any allergies are not consumed by accented.
