AI can be a good organization tool to organize information you already have down, and it can be good for generating initial ideas that you can then take and make your own with actually human thoughts behind it, but its not professional to have it do everything for you, to not fact check what it generates, and if you do have it do something for you (like make an AI video), to not disclose that it was used
