The Indian and his family will keep White Fang as their dog.
At one time there was a shortage of food and White Fang escapes for fear of being eaten by the Indians themselves, but some time later, after the shortage has passed, he returns.
After a while, Grey Beaver goes to the Yukon to trade with the adventurers who arrive there, tricked by trickery he sells his dog to a vile man, nicknamed "Handsome Smith", who will make him live locked up in a cage, from which he only lets him out to fight against other dogs. White Fang has incomparable strength and agility, which he has acquired over time. He wins all his fights; however, in one of them he is nearly killed fighting with a bulldog and is rescued by a good man named Weedon Scott, who makes him feel love. The latter takes him with him to California, where he meets Scott's family and saves them from a murder, being badly wounded after fighting with the criminal. When he recovers, he finds his newborn puppies, given birth by Collie, a German shepherd of the family.
https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Colmillo_Blanco#:~:text=Colmillo%20Blanco%20es%20una%20novela%20complementaria%20(as%C3%AD%20como%20un%20reflejo,en%20los%20bosques%20de%20Alaska.

An interesting fact about the book:
1)White fang had a total of 10 adaptations to the big screen:

White Fang (1973)

Challenge to White Fang (1974)

White Fang to the Rescue (1974)

Zanna Bianca e il grande Kid (1977)

White Fang (1946)

The Story of White Fang (1982)
película animada japonesa producida por Studio DEEN.

Colmillo blanco (1991)

White Fang 2: Myth of the White Wolf (1994)

White Fang (2018)

2) Since the novel's publication, it has been translated into more than 89 different languages
https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Colmillo_Blanco#Principales

Short biography about the autor:
Jack London, probably born John Griffith Chaney (San Francisco, January 12, 1876-Glen Ellen, November 22, 1916), was an American writer, author of White Fang, The Call of the Wild, and other novels and short stories.

https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jack_London

Short summary:
This is no ordinary climbing manual. It is a generous compilation of all those tricks that make the difference between going all right or going all fair (or bad) when we are on a wall, on a mountain, or simply when we plan our next big trip. It is a book for everyone, be it a hiker, a climber or a mountaineer. These tips are based on three decades of its author's obsession with climbing, nineteen ascents to El Capitan, numerous north faces in the Alps, trips to the Poles, and many more expeditions and climbs, some of them hair-raising.

interesting facts:

1) The author of the book is also a climber and learned everything by making mistakes.

2) The author has also put himself to the test on the most difficult routes of big wall and sport climbing.

3) In 2001 he embarked alone on the ascent of Reticent Wall, in El Capitan, one of the most difficult solo climbs in the world, and which required eleven days. This climb was the central theme of his first book Psychovertical, winner of the 2008 Boardman Tasker Prize for mountain literature. His second book, Cold Wars, won the same accolade in 2012.

Short biography of Andy Kirkpatrick:
Andy Kirkpatrick has a reputation for seeking routes where the danger is real and the return is doubtful, and he has tested himself on some of the harshest mountains and walls in the Alps and beyond. He was born and raised in a council neighborhood in Hull, one of the flattest cities in England, and suffered from severe dyslexia that was not diagnosed until he was nineteen. Despite this apparent adversity, Andy became one of the best and most motivated climbers in the world, as well as being a writer who has won several awards for mountain literature.

links: https://www.libreriadesnivel.com/libros/1001-consejos-de-escalada/9788498293999/
