  Harriet Tubman a famous woman who rescued over 300 - 500 slaves using the underground rail road. She was born in Dorchester County, MD. Harriet birth date is unknown. She is famous for making the underground rail road. Harriet and her brother Ben and Harry Tubman both escaped the horrible time of slavery. With the underground rail road about 100,000 slaves escape. The slaves that were escaping never got caught. I picked Harriet Tubman because she as an  inspiration to people. Harriet inspired her self thats what made her help all the slaves escape. She made her mark on Woman's history because she was the woman who saved about 100,000 slaves. You can learn from by never doubting your self and all ways believe yourself don't let Anything get in your way.

Lilly Ledbetter was born on April 14, 1938, in Jacksonville, Alabama. Lilly graduated from her small town Jacksonville high school in the year 1956. After high school, Lily married Charles Ledbetter, they had two children together. They stay together until Charles that in December 2008. Lilly Ledbetter stood for women's rights. So in 1979, Lilly was hired by Goodyear. She retired from Goodyear in 1998. Then she said the company repaying her so was hired by Goodyear. She retired from Goodyear in 1998. Then she sued The company for paying her significant less than her male counterpart. Lilly's lawsuit eventually reach the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court which denied her claim because she did not file suit 180 days from her paycheck even know Lilly said that she didn't know it at the time. Lilly  spoke at the democratic National convention. Lilly's topic was pay equality. Lilly Ledbetter is known for women's fair pay act of 2009. I picked her because she stands up for the greater good of women. She admirable thing for women's rights and she was brave for standing up against big companies.

                                                 Amy Johnson

  Amy Johnson was born July 1,1903 and grew up in Kingston upon Hull(or Hull), United Kingdom, she is no longer alive. She was known for being the first female pilot to fly alone from Britain to Australia. Amy Johnson was a pioneering english aviator and she set numerous long-distance records during the 1930's. She was influenced by the outbreak of war and it gave her the chance to become a pilot. Amy Johnson won the Segrave Trophy. Amy Johnson also inspired fashion and the song "Flying Sorcery". I picked her because I've always wanted to be a pilot and fly high up in the air. I also love breaking records and win anything. I learned from her that when you have the chance to do what you have dreamed of doing take that chance and push through and in the end you will succeed.

        Grace Kelly is an Actor, and a princess, and she was born on November 12, 1929. Grace Kelly grew up in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She died at Monaco Hospital in 1982 at age 52. Grace Kelly died because she had a traumatic brain injury. Grace Kelly starred in 11 movies, some of the movies she starred in was Dial M for Murder, and To Catch A Thief. Grace Kelly married Prince Rainer III of Monaco. When she married him, she became princess in April, 1956. George Kelly, one of her family members, influenced her to pursue  a full time acting career, and monitored her through her rise in Hollywood. I picked Grace Kelly because she was  interesting to learn about. I learned where she lived, her acting career, who inspired her, and how she became a princess. Grace Kelly aspired to an acting career in her teenage years. She became famous for her acting job, and she brought in many movies, such as Fourteen Hours, The Country Girl, The Swam, and Green Fire. She's also known for being a princess after she got married to a Prince Rainer. She was noted for the manner which she adapted her American ways to her lifestyle as a royal member. She captured the imagination of the American public when she married Prince Rainer. Her death happened after her own car. It careened from a cliff and crashed 150 feet down the mountains. From her accident, she got a traumatic brain injury. Her death made people shocked after her accident.

Katherine Coleman Goble Johnson (born August 26, 1918) is an African-American physicist and mathematician who made contributions to the United States' aeronautics and space programs. With the early application of digital electronic computers at NASA. Known for accuracy in computerized celestial navigation. she conducted technical work at NASA that spanned decades. During this time, she calculated the trajectories, launch windows, and emergency back-up return paths for many flights from Project Mercury, including the early NASA missions of John Glenn and Alan Shepard, and the 1969 Apollo 11 flight to the Moon, through the Space Shuttle program.[1][2][3] Her calculations were critical to the success of these missions.[1] Johnson also did calculations for plans for a mission to Mars. They made a movie about her and her friends at NASA know as Hidden Figures. As you can see she is a very interesting women.
