         <description><![CDATA[<p>I use a lot of frequent feedback with my scholars.  I try and avoid saying generic things like good job and instead say something along the lines of "You did it!  You ________ (insert something they did well).  I also have picture cues I hold up to scholars so they get immediate feedback and encouragement throughout the lesson.  And of course hanging up work in the room.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>I use a lot of positive verbal praise to help motivate my students.  Also posted work in hallway and classroom.  As well as giving students the opportunity to share what they are learning with the class.  They like to talk so why not have them talking about what they are learning.</p>]]></description>
