What is this picture about and how was it used by the Romans? Below is a picture of an ancient Roman Aqueduct. This was used to bring water over a valley or hillside by using the force of gravity. There were pipes inside that were made of clay or stone that would give the Romans water.

How was it important is ancient Rome? They built a total of 11 aqueducts to travel water up to 57 miles. This was important to Rome because it got them a supply of fresh water and that was a huge deal.

How is it important to us today? This was important to us today because it started on easy way to travel water and now it has gotten better but they Romans did it best first.

How did the Romans build off of Greek ideas? The Greeks and other civilizations created ways to travel water on a smaller scale before but like I said the Romans did it best and the most efficient.

What is the picture of? and how was this used by the Romans?
The Pantheon was a Roman Temple that was build to worship most of the big Roman gods.

How was it important to ancient Rome? This was important to the Romans because this was the way they practiced religion and their way of worshiping their gods.

How is this important to us today?
The Romans Created the dome roof over this that was one of the huge things to be created in Roman architecture. This is important for us today because domes are now used a lot more today and without the Romans this would not have happened.

How did the Romans use this idea started by the Greeks? The Romans took a lot of architecture from the Greeks but this is one of the biggest ones. I mean the names are even pretty similar like Parthenon and pantheon. Like the Greek Parthenon the Romans used lots of huge stones stones columns around the front. The Romans also kind of used the Greek idea of the dome and Romans transformed it but the Romans made it popular.

What is this picture of and how was it used by the ancient Romans? Below is a picture of the roman number system called Roman numerals. This is a series of symbols that are equal to a number for us they would use them to figure out things involving math and science.

How was this important to ancient Rome?
This was important to ancient Rome because this was their number system and their way to solve mathematical problems.

How is this still important today? This is important to us today because people sometimes use this system still today like when they write down the number of the Superbowl they wouldn't say Superbowl 52 they would say Superbowl LII. This also was one of our first number systems.
