One of the main things I learned while taking this course was time management. Before this course, I knew how to time manage, but there were times when I would get caught up, and I was late to an event or an appointment or late on a task. This course has helped a lot more than others might realize. I no longer procrastinate. I get things done on time or even earlier than needed. I make sure to stay on my P's and Q's with everything. This is something that not only helps improve my personal life but will also help in my business life in the future.

Before this course, I never paid much attention to diversity. It wasn't big at school or in the surrounding environment. Learning about diversity in this course made me open my eyes and realize how big and important it is in the workplace, at school, and in any environment in general. There are so many wonderful things about diversity and there are many more things to learn from it and about it still. As a Puerto Rican woman, being able to go into a workplace and be accepted, respected, valued and heard is a huge thing and learning about diversity in this course made me realize that. I bring a lot more to the table than I imagined.

Overall, I learned so much from not only this course but all of my other courses as well. I learned about different levels of managers to different strategies, planning, different analysis, global organizations and many more. I can not wait to be able to start my own business in the future and have all of these things to help and guide me into becoming a successful business owner. This was a very exciting course, and I am very glad I took it and gained so much knowledge.
