         <description><![CDATA[<div>La mitose est une division cellulaire au cours de laquelle 1 cellule-mère diploide ( cellule qui comporte des paires de chromosomes homologues ) donne 2 cellules-filles strictement identique génétiquement donc on peut parler de reproduction conforme (voir schéma 1) . Au début de la mitose, chaque chromosome contient deux chromatides identiques, une cellule-mère à donc 2 fois l'intégralité de l'information génétique. Lors de la mitose chaque cellule-fille contient alors 1 chromatide de chaque chromosome. Les deux cellules-filles ont alors exactement le même nombre de chromosomes ainsi que les mêmes chromosomes que la cellule-mère (voir schéma 2 et 3). L'information génétique est répartie de façon identique dans chaque cellule fille, le caryotype est alors alors conservé par rapport à la cellule-mère de départ, cette division est donc conforme. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>La méiose est un processus de 2 divisions cellulaires successives permettant d'obtenir 4 cellules-filles haploides (cellule qui comporte qu'un seul exemplaire de chaque chromosome) possédant 1 seul exemplaire de chaque chromosome à partir d'une cellule-mère diploide ( cellule qui comporte chaque chromosome en deux exemplaires = chromosome homologue ) possédant des chromosomes homologues doubles. La première division est réductionnelle, on passe de 2n à n et la seconde division est équationnelle, on passe de chromosomes doubles à des chromosomes simples.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>La méiose est donc une reproduction non conforme car à la fin des 2 divisions, les cellules possèdent la moitié de l'information génétique par rapport à la cellule-mère de départ.<br>De plus,  les chromosomes homologues doubles peuvent s'apparier en des points de contacts appelés chiasmas pour former des bivalents. Il y donc échange de matériel génétique ce accentue le terme de reproduction non conforme.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Par ailleurs, le fuseau de division joue lui aussi un rôle dans les reproductions conformes et non conformes car il choisit au hasard le chromosome ou la chromatide qu'il va ramener au pôle. Ce qui va créer des cellules différentes à chaque fois.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Nous pouvons alors dire que la mitose est une division conforme en effet comme nous avons pu le voir les 2 cellules-filles ont le même caryotype que leur cellule-mère suite à la division tandis que lors de la méiose les 4 cellules-filles ont chacunes seulement la moitié de l'information génétique de leur cellule-mère initiale on dit alors que c'est une divison est non conforme.</div>]]></description>
