When hiring people to a job at the Virgin it is very important to make sure that when his company is interviewing people, that every person is treated well and the communications is open and honest. This is really important because the people that does not get the job they could be consumers or future partners.<br><br>The third advice is to praise the employees instead of criticizing them. Not one person in this world is perfect so it is alright to make some mistakes because that does not mean that you can not figure out the task or the job.
