         <description><![CDATA[<p>I run competitive for an AAU track team , our workouts include  5,000 meters of a workout a week, 4 days of weight room, and 6 days of core and hip work. In order to replenish as well as strengthen my body in order to carry out my daily routines i will need:</p><p><span style="font-size: 13px;">Multi-vitamins</span><br></p><p>4-6 meals a day </p><p>20-25 grams of protein a day&nbsp;( through lean meats or pre-made shakes)<span style="font-size: 13px;"> </span></p><p><span style="font-size: 13px;">Soluble fiber (legumes, grains fruits veggies)mixed into lean protein </span></p><p><span style="font-size: 13px;">balanced breakfast </span></p><p><span style="font-size: 13px;">Whole grains</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 13px;">Gallon of water a day </span></p><p><span style="font-size: 13px;">No sodas </span></p><p><span style="font-size: 13px;">Grilled and Baked food only. </span></p><p>8-9 hours of sleep a night </p><p><span style="font-size: 13px;"><br></span></p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p><p>The causes of obesity are complex and include genetic, biological, behavioral and cultural factors. Obesity occurs when a person eats more calories than the body burns up. If one parent is obese, there is a 50 percent chance that their children will also be obese. However, when both parents are obese, their children have an 80 percent chance of being obese. Although certain medical disorders can cause obesity, less than 1 percent of all obesity is caused by physical problems.
