I was constantly struggling in my math class because it was difficult for me. My friends where in my class but I knew I could stay focused and do my work. It was getting difficult so that's why I chose English being easier. When I got put in English in 8th grade I had my friends in there I was overjoyed. After a while it was hard for me to focus around my friends so my teacher suggested that I move to a different class with less people. When I moved to that class I knew that I could be able to focus. That day I found out that was a easier class to take. I was more focused and was able to get my work done. Personally, I started believing that math was harder in my 8th grade year, whenever I had taken Pre-Ap Algebra I. Adding to this, I was also working from home and because of this, my productivity rate was slowed greatly, which harmed my work output. Currently, I'm taking Pre-Ap Geometry, and I do believe that it requires a lot of brainpower and conceptual thinking. This demands more open-mindedness from the students, applying even more pressure, which is why it leads me to think that Math is the harder class.
