Kenn Nesbit
I chose this poem because it reminds me of a book I read where he would give a company metals and they would pay him.

Lines 1 - 4 make think of a soda can being crushed by a big, heavy cube. One similarity between this poem and Do Not Read This Poem's events are that in both poems the last 4 lines are telling you that the poem is not what you think or what the rest of the poem is leading up to.

Our Teacher Loves Minecraft

Kenn Nesbit
I chose this poem because I like Minecraft too. I can relate to this poem and what the teacher does in the game.

Lines 3 and 4 are included to show that the teacher will give up her teaching time to play her game and tell us she cares for her game a lot. Line 9 makes me think of a wooden house with a big roof in Minecraft, and stanza 2 make me see Mincraft mobs.

Kenn nesbit
I chose this poem because it is funny how tempting it is to read it! it makes me think of a book I read and it was just the character saying not to read the book. this has the same purpose.

When I read this poem I thought "When are they going to tell us what the secret is?". Lines 33 - 36 are to tell you that you read this poem for nothing and kind of for his humor to enjoy.

Kenn Nesbit
I chose this poem because it is funny how he was acting like he got a 100% but he got 0%.

This poem is most likely called perfect score because the character's score was a perfect score, well technaly he got a 0, but he did not get any answers right witch made it perfectly wrong.

Kenn Nesbit
I chose this poem because I used to love basket ball too and once I hit the coach ,but not that hard.

In my head I thought of the basketball coach throwing his hat on the ground and screaming.Lines 5 - 8 made me think of it. I think the poet titled this I Love Basketball because he wanted to show how this kid might be troublesome by liking to see his coach hurt and mad.
