In my home country there is an issue that comes from the religious policy from government to separate boys and girls in schools and there is a new decision to make universities be separated in the future and the other one is prohibiting teaching English language in the primary and secondary schools and replace it with Russian and Chinese language. I believe these decisions impact will appear in the future when these students wanted to involve in the society and their professional life caused lots of issues.

The issue of ratios in childcare centers presents a significant ethical and moral dilemma between maintaining quality care and meeting business demands. Educators have a moral duty to provide a safe and nurturing environment, ensuring that each child receives proper attention and support. However, when ratios are not met due to financial pressures, children's well-being and educators' workload are compromised. This creates tension between professional ethics, which prioritize child welfare, and company policies driven by profitability. Educators face the moral challenge of advocating for children's rights while also adhering to their employer's expectations, balancing responsibility, integrity, and professional survival.

In most circumstances, Sternberg’s ethical decision-making cycle takes time to process, especially when ethical issues require quick responses. However, this framework is valuable as it encourages critical reflection, allowing individuals to consider multiple perspectives before making a decision. While immediate ethical dilemmas may not always allow for extensive deliberation, using the cycle as a guide helps build strong ethical reasoning over time. By practicing thoughtful decision-making, educators and professionals can develop the ability to make smarter, more informed choices in the future, balancing ethical responsibilities with practical constraints while ensuring fairness, integrity, and the well-being of those affected.
