Animals have no voice and cannot ask for aid, therefore if you encounter animal mistreatment, please take a stand and defend them. And immediately report it to the authority!

SOGIE bill is an example of giving rights to people who are part of the community. We should take stand on this social issue since it is getting out of hand, for example is in a filipino household, most fathers don't allow their sons to be gay, they will beat up their son to be "straight" again. This situation can lead more far worse like suicidal. Let people live the way they want and how they choose to be.

It's a widely seen phenomenon that society perceives as a sign of ignorance. However, in a broad observation, you can understand that this is just another issue of failing contemporary capitalism.

The most common example of these actions is alcohol poisoning, drug overdose, and suicide.

However, controlling economics and getting into the ethics of political science is a complicated thing to do as a fix. The only solution to address the underlying causes is to reduce the risk factors of despair itself in general. A good example people can help is through donations to Programs that reduce community violence, create safe, supportive schools and quality learning experiences, address poverty and discrimination, and promote access to secure housing and employment opportunities that can decrease adverse experiences and build resilience.

 The nation should also expand substance misuse prevention and mental health programs in schools by increasing the number of schools that get education for responding to childhood trauma. Schools should also consider scaling up evidence-based life skills and coping-skills programs.

Schools should also assist families of the children who have experienced trauma since exposure to trauma adverse life experiences at young ages increase the potential for psychological issues that could lead to misuse and suicide.

Don't let more crises develop.

Sometimes we ask ourselves if any people are watching us while using technology. Because the things we search in google can easily pop up in advertisements in other applications. And this will shock us because how did it know what am I interested in . But in fact, computers have designed algorithms that it follows, and they can store things that we search for. That’s why the advertisement we seeare connected to some things we are interested in. In short, the real product of technology is us. It is not the advertisement. We are raised to believe that the idea of masculinity revolves around the narrative that masculinity exhorts strength, power, and authority and femininity revolves around gentleness, genuineness, warmth, long hair, and pink skirts.

It's tiring to keep hearing your parents say, "A real man doesn't cry" or "A real woman doesn't curse. This general idea has been around for centuries and portrayed in movies, songs, folktales, religion, mythology, etc.

Like the movie fight club by David Fincher, I admit that probably that's one of the greatest films I've ever seen. Although that movie is famously misunderstood, young men take it as a guide on how a man should act which the movie depicts as aggressive, destructive, and oppressive.

More Films people take wrongly about this are Martin Scorsese's The wolf of wall street, Mary Harron's American Psycho, Mark Water's mean girls, Amy Heckerling's Clueless. All of these films are Great movies but from another perspective, it unintendedly promotes the wrong idea.

The negative effects
Anyone whose still under this unhealthy idea exhibits that anything of the opposite gender's attributes is a threat to their status. That if they can't attain this level of femininity or masculinity, they think society will judge them and discriminate against them which puts them under pressure and competition so they make it their obligation and promotes it which can manifest insecurities and low-self esteem, which could lead to them to have psychological issues that could affect their general well-being and on how they behave around people.

Why does this happen?
In a personal observation, I speculate that since early outdated studies or observations show how the male sex is biologically stronger than the female sex, it is expected that men should act tougher than women and that idea just manifests in human behavioral and psychological development through years affected by the environment we lived in. 

What can we do about this?
One of the reasons why this still happens is because of how children are raised and taught about how a specific gender should act and that being homosexual is a disgrace, against beliefs, and still is a taboo because it breaks gender norms. Deceiving a growing child to your own personal beliefs is wrong, even if you experienced it yourself firsthand. What ever the kid learns in their childhood affects everything about their life growing up, how they treat people, how they blend in, how they will get their job, how they will live life. Instead, we should teach children moral independent thinking and the values in life that are not based on your beliefs. Teach children about gender ethics and other philosophies. And teach children to be open-minded.

Sooner if people start to become more flexible about these things, we'll feel free from these toxic ideologies.

Since taking his office on June 30, 2016, The Philippine President Rodrigo Roa Duterte has waged a "war on drugs" that has killed over 12,000 suspected addicts and drug dealers; which others said were from the urban poor. The Philippine National Police has been blamed for at least 2,555 of the fatalities. In a campaign that arguably amount to crimes against humanity, PRRD and other senior officials have provoked and incited the killings.  Police are manipulating evidence to justify unlawful killings, according to Human Rights Watch study. Despite the mounting calls for an investigation, PRRD has pledged to press on with his campaign. This issue should not be forgotten many people have lost their lives due to false accusations of people under government and other people. It is so sad that most of the people who died in this campaign were poor and do not have enough money to protect themselves from police false accusations. These people who died due to false accusations need our voices and support, to claim justice for them for their families. It is not easy losing your loved ones let us keep this issue alive and give liabilities to the people who use their power to kill poor people without proper investigation and lawful justice.
