Note: These words will form your potential CG Vision.

● Assign 5 areas in the class – 1 for each Vision word.

● Please move to the area with the Vision word that resonates most with you, form a group and sit.

● Everyone takes 3 minutes to think of 2-3 actions that can be taken to help achieve the Vision your group is working on.

● 1st person to take 30 seconds to scribble down ONE action (on an A4 paper) that can be done to help achieve the Vision word your group is working on.

● Pass on to the next person, read the previous member’s input and repeat the previous step. Do not repeat the same actions already stated by a previous member.

● Do this for 2-3 rounds such that every group member contributes at a few ideas and has the opportunity to build on other members’ ideas.
