         <description><![CDATA[<p>Insights</p><ol><li><p>As a probationary teacher, it’s really refreshing to have this kind of activity. It serves as both a refresher and a review for us before the opening of the school year. It helps us recall essential concepts, align our practices, and feel more prepared and confident as we welcome our students back to the classroom.</p></li><li><p>I realize there are still many concepts and ideas that I need to focus on and fully understand. This activity reminded me that learning doesn’t stop after a certain number of years in the profession. In fact, the more experience I gain, the more I see the importance of going back to the basics and continuously improving. It also made me more aware of the areas where I can grow, especially in aligning my teaching strategies with current practices and addressing the diverse needs of learners. </p></li><li><p>Another insight I gained from this activity is the importance of collaboration and shared learning. Listening to the experiences and perspectives of fellow teachers allowed me to see different approaches to common challenges in the classroom.
