First applicants do a basic application.
Second they do a written exam.
Third they do a video exam.
Eighth they do an oral board.

The academy consists:
The basic- police academy is a specialized school set up to train people how to become police officers.
Studying- while at the police academy potential officers will be trained in a variety of subjects.This include how to arrest and book a suspect, techniques  used in investigation and more.
Firearms- During this course cadets will be taught how to property fire and care for their weapon.
Physical training- these cadets will have to go though both strength and endurance conditions to make sure they are physical fit to be a law enforcement officers. 
Acceptance- most state will require a person to pass all sources at the police academy.
