I borned here but my parents are from Bolivia.

I´m a half-time worker in a fast food restaruant, working there only the weekends.

I previously worked in caterings and gave online lessons to high school students of mathematics and phyisics and chemistry.

I´m an extrovert person. I love making new friends and hanging out with my nearest friends.

I´m a food and animal lover. My favorite food dish is "ceviche", wich is a typical food of my country. And I love pets. I have had 3 canaries and, actually I have a rabbit which name is Luka.

Alongside my studies, I have been working part-time in the fast-food sector, where I have developed a strong sense of responsibility, adaptability, and efficiency. This experience has allowed me to understand the importance of standardized processes, teamwork under pressure, and strict adherence to hygiene and safety regulations. It has also sparked my interest in how large-scale food services manage operations, logistics, and customer satisfaction.

I consider myself a proactive and detail-oriented person, always eager to learn and take on new challenges. My goal is to combine my academic knowledge with my practical experience to contribute to the development of innovative, safe, and sustainable solutions in the food industry, while growing both professionally and personally.

Sports are a big part of my life. I have played football since I was a child, and for the past two years I’ve been playing rugby, even making my debut in the División de Honor B. Rugby has quickly become one of my passions, and many of my closest friends come from football and rugby.

Music has also been very important to me. I played the oboe for a large part of my life, which gave me discipline and creativity. In my free time, I enjoy going out with friends, spending time with my family, and baking, which I’m quite good at. Family meals are especially important to me, as they gather everyone together.

I come from a big family, and I love spending time with them. Many of them work in the field of Food Engineering, and they passed on to me the passion that inspired my choice of studies. I also have two older brothers, and family is truly a central part of my life.

I’m really looking forward to this new adventure in Prague.

During my studies, I have learned how important food safety, quality, and sustainability are in today’s world. I find it fascinating to see how technology can be used to guarantee that the food people eat is safe and nutritious, while also thinking about the impact on the environment.

In the future, I would like to work in the food industry in areas such as research and development, quality control, or product innovation. I imagine myself being part of a team where I can share ideas, learn from other professionals, and participate in projects that have a real impact on people’s lives. What excites me the most is the possibility of working on the creation of healthier products that respond to consumer needs, while also keeping sustainability in mind. For me, it is very motivating to think that the work I do could help provide better options for society.

My professional goal is to keep learning and growing while making a positive contribution to the food sector. I want to apply my knowledge and creativity to real challenges, from developing new recipes and technologies to ensuring that processes meet the highest quality standards.

Im the the youngest sibling in my family, this shaped me into a very emotional and empathetic person. I believe it has made me more sensitive to other people’s feelings, and I try to be supportive and caring with the people around me.

Family and friends are a fundamental part of my life, and I truly enjoy spending time with them. I am an extroverted person, so being surrounded by others gives me energy and makes me feel happy, but this doesnt exclude the great feeling I get when I spend time by myself.

As for my goals, I want to find a career path that I genuinely enjoy and that allows me to grow both personally and professionally. At the same time, I hope to travel as much as possible, because discovering new cultures, meeting different people, and experiencing the world is something that inspires me deeply.

To sum-up, I view myself as someone who is open-minded, independant, and always willing to learn. I try to face life with enthusiasm and I believe that following my passions will lead me to build a meaningful future.

Over the past two years, as I started my academic training in Food Engineering, I have become even more actively engaged.

I currently collaborate with the family company which is specialized in breakfast cereals, flour, breadcrumbs, muesli, and similar products. I work in the Food Development Department. This experience has allowed me to strengthen my knowledge and apply what I learn in my studies to real industry projects.

In addition, my family owns both a winery and an olive mill. I mostly contribute during holiday periods, especially during the grape harvest and the olive collection seasons, which has given me valuable practical insight into the production processes of wine and olive oil.

This year, I also completed internships at a winery in Valdepeñas and in an agricultural and livestock farm. It was a real work experience where I faced daily challenges and learned how to deal with them. My tasks included wine analysis, vineyard monitoring, and evaluating grapes to determine the ideal harvest time.

On the livestock side, I was responsible for supervising the sheep, especially during a disease outbreak, which taught me the importance of vigilance and quick response in animal health management. I also used GIS applications and technology to support agricultural field management, which gave me a more technical and cutting-edge perspective on crop monitoring.

During this period, I also participated in the Túnel del Vino in Valdepeñas, a wine fair where I worked as a commercial assistant, presenting wines to visitors and supporting the enologist during wine tastings. This experience allowed me to improve my communication skills and gain direct contact with the professional wine sector.

Once I finish my degree, I would like to focus on applying everything I have learned to help grow and modernize the family business.

Overall, these experiences have helped me grow both personally and professionally, and they have opened the doors to the world where I want to build my future career.

I also hold a Camp Counselor certification and have worked as a summer camp monitor for several years. These has allowed me to strengthen my leadership and teamwork abilities, as well as develop communication and problem-solving skills in difficult environments.

I use Microsoft Excel and Word in a daily basis. I believe continuous learning and adaptability are essential qualities to succeed in today’s professional enviroment.

My professional goal is to develop a career that allows me to lead teams and projects, with a special focus on the commercial and health-related areas of the food sector. I am also interested in exploring opportunities in consultancy, where I could combine my technical knowledge and passion for innovation to provide solutions that promote both business growth and consumer well-being.
