         <description><![CDATA[<div>Brain sends a AP through the motor unit down the neuromuscular junction, a nerve impulse opens the voltage gated calcium ion channels which increases the release of Ach, Ach binds to receptor sights which activates voltage gated sodium channels, more Na+ is pumped into the cell making it depolarized, depolarization will spread to adjacent areas opening sodium channels and eventually initiating AP that moves along the lengths of the sarcolemma, Na+ stimulates a change in membrane permeability by opening K+ pumps which allow the K+ to diffuse across the sarcolemma and out of the muscle fiber </div>]]></description>
