Listen to your teacher reading some homophones. Write down two different words that you hear from your teacher. Then, discuss the answer in your class.

Students are reqired to listen to Teacher's instruction to traverse the schools landscape and identify the flora and fauna around them. Then students head back to class and identify them and also write down the new vocabulary that the teacher gave with the instructions.

Activity 9: Finish the Sentence

This activity requires studwnts to finish a sentence.They must identify the sentences context and must think of the next word that will be said.

Eg:I hydrate myself every morning with a glass of..........

Student 1:water

Student 2:Milo

Both students have different experiences and answers.

Listen to the audio and predict what will happen next based on your prior knowledge. Write your answers in the space provided.

Activity 2 - Dictation

Students are given a sentence or phrase to listen to and are required to determine the role and characteristic of each word, whether the word is a noun or an adjective, etc.

e.g: I like to drive big cars.

big = Adjective
drive = Verb

Activity 7 - Read headline, predict news

The students are given a news headline -either textually or audibly - and are required to predict the outcome and/or full story of the news article.

Activity 5 - word detective

First, the teacher will say some words related to the audio, and you just need to listen carefully. Then, write down what you think each word means based on how it sounds. After that, the teacher will explain the correct meanings, and you can discuss any differences. Now comes the fun part – try to use these words in sentences to practice speaking and understanding. As you get better, you can work with more challenging words. Remember to revisit and repeat words you've learned to remember them better. This activity makes learning new words and improving student's listening and speaking skills exciting!

Activity 10 - Storytelling relay

The teacher will be reading a short story students are require to work in pairs or as a group to create a story with opening story read by teacher. Students should present their story and the others gives feedback.

Activity 3- Video analysis
