I bought it straight away and traveled with a girl named Charlie to find the hidden depths of her past. The ending left us to believe in some secrets still kept that we had to solve yet also made us believe that this was the end of Charlie's adventure.

By Laurel Gale
-
(10)
Dead Boy was the first book I've ever read by myself that I was actually interested in. This book sparked my interest in reading in general and my journey with Crow, the town's secret, and Melody first introduced me to the creative world of fantasy in reading. I was attached to these two characters and their adventure only made them all the more interesting.

By Scott Cawthon and Kira Breed-Wrisley
-
(11)
This was a sequel to "The Silver Eyes" and just as we all believed it was over, Charlie's story came back again. Like the first story, I read about how she grew, alongside how her investigation grew. Some shocking things lead me to question who "Charlie" and her past really is but I'm certain of one thing: Whoever Charlie was- I was going to stay with her and hear her story until the end.

By Scott Cawthon and Kira Breed-Wrisley
-
(11)
As the other two books, this one felt different in the sense of being the end and the last book. It tied up the loose ends that Charlie and her past created from the past two books and the games but yet, there's still some mysteries I have to find with more than just reading. Being attached to Charlie, I definitely hated the fact that it had to end but I was relieved to have a bit of closure about her.

By R.J. Palacio
-
(11)
Wonder is very popular, and that's what drew me to it. At first, it was just because everyone seemed to talk about it. I eventually fell in love with the idea of acknowledging someone's experience in daily life and how that affects them in making decisions and such. The struggles that Auggie face is relatable to everyone in some sort of way, and that's what really stuck out to me. Everyone is different and maybe if everyone learned to understand each other and take notice of what someone could possibly be going through, the world could learn to change. This book has a great lesson, though not hidden.

By Jessica Brody
-
(12)
This book is about a girl who makes a decision in life that she regrets later on when the reason of that important decision is removed from her life and she wishes to be in the one she could've had if she knew the outcome of the situation. Eventually gaining empathy after seeing Kennedy's heartache and experiencing it first hand, the audience learns what it's like when tough decisions strain someone so much to have them factor in unimportant details to their answer.

By Elizabeth Eulberg
-
(12)
This book is similar to Wonder in lesson. Through the experiences and stories of Hope and Parker, we can see that in different situations, we all force ourselves to understand and create an image that isn't realistic at all. Traveling with them through their stories really gave me an interesting perception in life with a very difficult-to-be-in situation. Though I didn't entirely like the whole outcome, it was only because it was realistic and I was cheering for one person when I should've considered the feelings of both. This only goes to show how us, as people and as human beings, though want to understand and accept those, we only do so through the eyes of which we believe are good.

By Kasie West
-
(12)
Abby Turner is a girl who loves to create lists for herself and complete them within a month's time. She finds that if she completes her list, she'll become the artist she's always dreamed of being. Eventually, the list becomes more difficult for her to complete and she has to learn self love and self importance in order to finish it all before she can become her dream as an artist. That's easier said than done. This book helped me find a sense of self importance and why I should learn to accept my flaws, though it can be hard. With Abby, I stayed with her side-by-side to try to remake the pieces I desperately wanted to mend before.
