Breaks during practical

I realise that there is a lot of material to cover during the short 3 hour session, but numerous studies (can be supplied if requested) highlight the benefits of breaks during longer study sessions/classes. This is especially true for morning classes, where some individuals require extra stimulation (coffee). Is it possible to either have more frequent, but lower duration breaks (maybe one 5 minute break 45-60 minutes) or a longer one (around 15 minutes) in the midpoint where it is possible to get a coffee without sprinting to the cafeteria and back only to still be late?
Thank you

I don't know the name for them but would it be possible to have the anatomy muscle skeletons/models for when we learn the muscles available to us during practical sessions (if the university have them for the UQ)? I have seen ones for the lower limbs downstairs...
Its just nice to see the muscle "in person"
