Though there was a lot of good information, there was quite a bit of duplication. 

Colour coding - should we adopt a number system? for example, creative skills, some of them could be identified more clearly?

We should be able to share good practice and use what works for us, then reflect on how it's going.

On the learner 1 tracking and targets sheet, perhaps they should be reduced instead of just using a template. It's not very clear in the learner's starting point. 11-20 isn't making much sense to us.
