         <description><![CDATA[<div>As students work, assign them a colour or symbol. Put the generic feedback to the colour/ symbol on the board and ask them to make improvements to their work. They write it down. I make a note of who is in which group. I use this to plan my questioning or group students in subsequent tasks. </div>]]></description>
