Step 3: Deans present jobs of the future and competitor analysis. (10 min)

Step 4: As a group reflect on the following (10 min): 
•What are the key emerging jobs trends? 
•What surprised you about the future jobs list? What would you add to this list?
•How are the majors/minor offered by competitor universities similar/different to our current specialisations? 

Step 5: Reflect on your discussion and add to your rapid fire list. (15 min)
a) What minors / majors should students take to prepare them for future jobs? 
b) What new/improved minor/majors could make RMIT stand out?

Step 6: Prepare to report back your working list of majors/minors.
