         <description><![CDATA[<div>they are using mix of systematic and cluster sampling. when dividing the students they use a systematic selection, but when picking the ''cluster'' of students they are using a cluster sample. when selecting the groups numbering the students would not work because it would not have a random effect even though they have been divided up.</div>]]></description>
