Christopher Brian Bridges also known as Ludacris was born September 11, 1977, in Champaign, Illinois. At the age of 9, he began rapping. He attended Emerson Middle School, Oak Park, and River Forest High School in his Freshman year. After moving to Atlanta Georgia he attended Banaker High School and also graduating Georgia State University with one of his most popular albums "Back for the First Time" which reached 3x platinum.

I chose these lyrics/songs because it was in one of my favorite movies 2 Fast 2 Furious the song is called Act a Fool.

The lyrics don't necessarily inspire me it's just that the beat and lyrics match well and the lyrics are also some what relatable.

He was greatly influenced by Big Boi and Andrew 3000, but he was also one of the first Southern rap artists and an inspiration to many others. Along with the bass, beats, and instruments, their sound is very different. Though I credit Outkast and Goodie Mob for setting the path, I must admit that being a part of that wave has given me a lot of motivation and success. I must give a shout-out to Organized Noize and the entire Dungeon Family—which included Outkast and Goodie Mob—for shattering stereotypes in the South, even though I definitely do share some of the credit for continuing to propel what had already been set."

Lyrical analysis for the song "Act a Fool." The lyrics represent life's struggles, and the only way to solve these problems is to face them head-on. For example, one of the lyrics reads, "Somebody broke in and cleaned out your crib, Boy, what you gon' do?" Act fool". To me, it means that if something goes wrong, you should take action about it.

He is a representative of the Dirty South school of hip-hop, a vibrant, profanity-filled musical movement that was made popular by musicians in the south of the country. Ludacris became well-known thanks to his captivating, larger-than-life rapping style. Chris Bridges was born in Illinois, but he grew up in Atlanta and later went to Georgia State University. In 1998, he made his rapping debut on the song "Fat Rabbit," which he produced with renowned hip-hop producer Timbaland, whom he met while working as a radio disc jockey. He recorded his independently released debut album, Incognegro (2000), and went by the moniker Ludacris, a play on his given name and the word ludicrous.
