         <description><![CDATA[<p>We would talk about assumptive scaffolds.  We tend to provide scaffolds before we really know if they need it. IEP students are expected to reach grade level standards, which is the purpose of an IEP. We would talk about lessening scaffolds for students. We need to reject deficit thinking.</p>]]></description>
