I learned that economic wise Russia is proven to be 55 percent cheaper. Russia's food is a whole different style from the United States. Russian's environment is always cold the highest it gets up to in a day is 45 degrees. Russia's known for meal is beef stroganoff. Russia is known for being the largest country. Russia is also suffering economically because of the wars and the isolation. I also learned that currently Vladimir Putin is the president of Russia. Russia also hosts the worlds largest railway. I also learned that in Russia there are approximately 10 million more woman then men in Russia, people believe that it's because of World War 2. Russia is home to 2/3 of the billionaires in the world. I also learned that there is a really good cafe in Russia called Cafe Pushkin and they made the cafe inside of a historical building. Russia's most popular sport is soccer also known as "football". Another cool fact I learned about Russia is that they have the worlds largest McDonalds that seats over 700 people. Russia has very unique holidays like victory day for example. I also learned that I was born on the east coast of Russia. I also learned Russia has two countries inside one continent.

Victory day is on May 9 every year and it celebrates the victory over Nazi Germany, while remembering those who fell during that time period for the Russian nation. The people line up in organized lines to cheer on the Russian soldiers and salute them. This is like Veterans Day in America but instead America doesn't have people all in one big rally cheering our troops on in a form of a parade.
