It helped me understand how much HR is important as well as showing me how HR supports the company that it works for, as well as the customers that work with it.

I chose this video because rather than simple explaining what leadership or motivation is, they instead show two sides of a managerial side. One side being just a manager, and the other being a leader. It helped me understand that a manger and leader are two completely different things and while they may sometimes have the same title, they couldn't be further from each other. It shows how leaders inspire, encourage and guide people, while a manager focuses more on tasks and a structured work environment.

It helped me understand that control is not just about taking note of performance and focusing on it. Control and productivity is instead about creating positive habits and systems that will help people in the workplace work better while also feeling more motivated to do a better job.

Each artifact is given a description of the artifact itself and how it relates to each module we learned this class.
