  1. Klien wajib memberikan informasi dan file pendukung (konten, logo, gambar, dll.) sebelum pengerjaan dimulai.

  2. Brief yang jelas akan mempercepat proses pengerjaan.

  3. Waktu pengerjaan adalah 1-5 hari kerja setelah semua bahan diterima, lama tidak nya tergantung kesibukan di rl.

  4. Layanan cepat (express) tersedia dengan biaya tambahan.

  5. Klien wajib membayar DP di awal dan melunasi pembayaran setelah desain disetujui.

  6. Tidak ada pengembalian dana setelah pengerjaan dimulai.

  7. Klien mendapatkan 2x kali revisi gratis.

  8. Revisi tambahan atau perubahan konsep besar akan dikenakan biaya tambahan.

  9. Hasil desain menjadi milik klien setelah pembayaran selesai.

  10. Kami dapat menggunakan desain untuk portofolio, kecuali diminta untuk tidak mempublikasikannya.

  11. Klien bertanggung jawab penuh atas keakuratan data yang diberikan (harga, informasi, dll.).

  12. Kesalahan akibat data yang diberikan klien bukan tanggung jawab kami.

  13. Kami berhak menolak pekerjaan yang melanggar hukum atau norma.

  14. Waktu pengerjaan dapat berubah jika terjadi hal di luar kendali (force majeure)
