Why do I think these violations occur?

I think these violations occur because that is how our society is now. A very large percentage of our world always has access to the internet, and what they do with it is on them. There are so many hackers in our world and that is a shame. The reason why all of these violations occur is because people do not know the Ten Commandments of Computer Eithics.

What do you think could be done to reduce or eliminate such unethical behavior?

I believe that maybe if people actually knew about this list of commandments, people would maybe change their minds. If that doesn't work I think there would need to be more protection of oneself on the internet, such as firewalls and more.
