I live in the star neighborhoord of the north of Solano, I live with my husband and my pet, in a rented house; the house is large, it has three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a yard.

I get up at six in the morning, I make breakfast, I have breakfast at eight in the morning, normally it is chicken broth with vegetables and arepas, then I work on household things, we have lunch at twelve noon, lunch It was rice, vegetable salad and roast pork. finally at six in the evening I have time to watch movies with my husband, and then we have dinner at seven at night, the food is scrambled eggs, banana slices and coffee. later at around eight o'clock at night I go to sleep; On weekends I like to go to the farm to spend time with my husband's family.

I also like English a lot but I don't practice it frequently, only when necessary.

 

 

The sancocho is prepared with cassava, plantain, potato, chicken, corn on the cob and some other vegetables. The preparation of the muquiao' fish consists of adding salt to the fish and wrapping it in smoked banana leaves and burying it in the sand, about 10 centimeters deep, then a bonfire is lit on top of it, for about two hours; the fish is cooked with the heat of the bonfire. After two hours, it is ready to consume.
