Our service is designed to advise, guide, signpost and get help for young people within Manchester currently facing mental health and emotional wellbeing issues.

We have made this website so that everyone can gain a better understanding of what autism is, since most people we meet seem a little confused about what autism actually is.

They act as a ‘one stop shop’ offering early support to families and young people to help overcome difficulties and build strong relationships.

Family hubs will operate as a network of services within your neighbourhood to provide accessible and connected services and support to all families.

These services will work together to provide high quality support for the whole family, so that children, young people, and families will get the right help at the right time.
