Today in the current society because of the network, our personal information are constantly at risk and easily sold, therefore this ensures a lot of new rights for the internet users’ privacy, unfortunately, however this regulation can be violated and punishable by legal means for example eur 20 million to pay.
A famous violation is the one that took place in Poland in a primary school in Gdansk to verify the payment of the school canteen fee, punished with a fine of 20 thousand złoty, this violation involved 680 children.
Actually the companies have made available a guide with some rules to follow as for example collect the necessary data so as little data as possible.

Moreover, we deduce the significance of data especially nowadays with social media.
In fact, data’s importance in todays world is proved by lots of episodes just like the fight between U.S. government and Tik Tok (app).
Indeed, U.S. does not want a Chinese app to possess data of millions of their citizens (also through a Chinese software).
The main reason is that this two countries are bitter rivals in almost all the crucial topics for world power countries like them.
Partly because there is a lot behind data, since the control of it is also a crucial economic reason.
To conclude, we assume that nowadays too few people know exactly the importance of their personal data and we consider that if more people knew it better, there will not be any loss, steal or exchange of data, like for example in the past U.S. and UK’s elections.
