Students who are not placed in GT classes still need more work on their subjects before they get to the important tests at the end of the year. Differentiated programming is a targeting process that provides teaching and learning experiences which also provide the needs and requirements for learners to learn effectively by allowing the students to demonstrate their knowledge and skills. The students are allowed to explore, experiment and engage activities of what they have learned. Some areas of giftedness would be leadership, their intellectual ability, their interest, academic achievement, and creativity. Differentiated programming allows students to learn in their own pace. It also let's the teacher provide equal learning, so all students to learn on the same pace. But it also allows students to learn and expand to different levels of achievement.
