Due to my father running off with two Indian women, my mother was the one who made sacrifices in order to support us. Moving to South Carolina, I was surrounded by a variety of people and cultures which later helped with my behavior analysis in psychology. Struggling to pay for college, I held many jobs. Determined, I did really well at University and managed to get my masters by the age of 21. Having to petition, I finally got into the University of Chicago where I was convinced to learn more about psychology. It was here where behaviorism became my field of interest.
        To me, it was the idea that could turn psychology into a science. Interested in Ivan Parvol, I looked into his work and simplied the principals and used it in my work. Focusing in child rearing and animal behavior, I was able to figure out external behaviors as I looked at reactions to certain situations, radical behaviors.
