When we describe the methods we used in the lab (e.g. dilution, measurements, materials) do we need to reference the FRAP assay by Benzie & Strain or is it just a description of what we did, so no reference required? Also what reference do we use to back our knowledge & explanation on the purpose of calibration curves, because we learnt that in the lectures… Thank you!
