         <description><![CDATA[<div>The media is very useful in different ways. It tells us what is going on in the world like news or some other things. The news has positive influences on health but also negative. In the news you can see stories that encourage you to be healthier. The news can give you good advises and you may take them. Also when you watch TV you can watch shows that how to exercise. A negative way it can affect health is when your watching a show or a movie someone can say something that offends you and you might take that. We also see negative messages in the news or shows. Finally TV gives us images of celebrities and sometimes we want to be like them so it makes our self-esteem low  because we think we will never be like them. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The Environment is a very helpful way to be healthier. For example parks.You can run and jog around the park. Health care facilities can help you too. You can go and check your health or in any emergency in case of anything. Also nature can help your mind relax and your body feel the fresh air. A negative way it can affect your health is pollution. Pollution can cause health problems in your cardiovascular system which includes your heart and lungs. When you inhale the polluted air it goes to your lungs and make them dirty. In your neighborhood or by where you live there might be diseases and it may affect your health. People may be sick and they might not cover their mouth when they sneeze or cough and the bacteria and germs spread everywhere and you inhale that dirty air and catch a disease..Finally the last negative influence is poor access to medical care. Maybe you live in the middle of nowhere and the closest hospital/emergency center is far away.  </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Your social environment involves your family,friends, and other people you are in contact daily. Family helps you feel better and they give you love. Love is very important in order to live a a healthy life because it has to do with your feelings and emotions. Your friends also influence your health. They might encourage you to live a healthy life if you're having trouble, and help you. Other people such as classmates help you when they give you kind compliments and show you that are important and special. Friends, family, and others help you build a healthy self-esteem. Those people can also negatively affect your health. One way is when your friends reject you because you aren't cool enough or don't do the same things as they do. Family sometimes don't give you support on a goal and that affects you. Other people might exclude you from certain situations because of  the way you look or dress.  </div>]]></description>
